Train For Life "Fair Terms" Policy

1. If I am late the amount of time lost will be added onto the session on the same day when possible or during another session as agreed between us.
    
2. If you are late there will be no extension of time and the full session fee will still be due.
    
3. If on the rare occasion I need to cancel the session, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time slot.
    
4. If you need to change or cancel your session please give me two days notice to avoid paying for your session. This will give me time to arrange to fill your slot.
    
5. If you cancel your session on the day the full amount for the session will still be due.
