Staying home, staying active: CHECK FITNESS CLASSES FOR MORE DETAILS

Online training has become a necessity for those looking to continue their fitness journey with the Train for Life community. The good news is it works really well! It’s a great way to be active at home and stay connected to people .

Live online group sessions

TrainFor Life Fitness introduction to Fitness or a Free Taster session

Depending on your Fitness knowledge you can either chose a private 30 minutes face to face session where your Fitness and Technique are assessed or a simply take part to an Online class.

Bodyweight (Equipment free) Wednesday 12-12.30pm.

HIIT (Weight required) Mondays 12-12.30pm & Thursdays 6-6.30pm.

Kettlebells (Kettlebell required) Tuesdays 9.30-10am & Fridays 12-12.30pm, Sundays 8.30-9.15am.

Online classes Plan & Personal Training

I offer 3 Online classes plan

1 session a week costs £30 and gives you access to 1 session a week and 2 FREE EXTRA SESSIONS.

2 sessions a week costs £50 and gives you access to 2 sessions a week and to FREE EXTRA SESSIONS.

3 sessions a week costs £70 and gives you Unlimited access to all sessions.

If you * personal Train with Train For Life all you the Online sessions will be included in your package.

* Personal Training means, taking weekly sessions for a minimum of 3 months.

Pay for your session Plan

Once you have decide your plan, the payment will be exclusively by Direct debit.
