Goals & methods

I train people with a wide variety of goals, and as a level 4 personal trainer (the highest level of industry recognition) I'm qualified to train people with special conditions, such as Arthritis, Diabetes or those with joint replacement. And I'm also qualified to train people suffering from lower back pain and women who are pre or postnatal. As a highly successful Martial Artist, competition conditioning is a speciality of mine.

Pricing & Length of sessions

  • The Prices vary depending on the length of the PT session, they range From £20-£35.

  • Our packages are

  • One 30 minutes session/Week costs £20 or £80 a month.

  • 2 30 minutes session/week or one 60minutes session/week cost £35 or £140 a month

  • One 45 minutes session/week costs £30 or £120 a month

  • 2 60 minutes session/week costs £70 or £280 a month

    The time of the session is mainly adjusted to fit people life style, Time, level of activity and Fitness. Total beginners will generally start with 2 30 minutes sessions and build their Fitness up before having longer PT sessions. REMEMBER 2 30 minutes sessions are BETTER than One 60 minutes session!

If you train with a friend, not only is it really motivating and great fun, you can also split the cost of the session between you, so it's a really an affordable option that allows you to have more PT sessions. 


Getting started

You will receive a Lifestyle Health questionnaire  to fill in, after completion of this first step. A Face to face and a physical Assessment session will be booked. In this first session the questions, doubts you expressed in the questionnaire will be answered, your food diary reviewed and we will be able to set your Goals in accordance to your current Fitness level and your everyday responsibilities. The Training sessions will take place at my Private Fitness Studio.
